수락산역에 인접한 주차장 부지를 대상으로 한 개발 프로젝트 공모안이다.

기존 공공건축물에서 흔히 사용되던 복합금속패널, 인조목재, 타공패널 등의 외장재에서 벗어나, 차분하고 자연스러운 벽돌을 주요 외장재로 적용하여 새로운 공공건축의 이미지를 제안하였다. 주도로에 면한 입면에는 반복되는 골 형태를 도입해 율동감 있는 패턴을 형성하였다.

수영장, 체육관, 볼링장, 중앙 아트리움 공간에는 자연채광을 극대화하여 밝고 쾌적한 실내 환경을 조성하였으며, 옥상과 테라스에는 체계적인 조경과 텃밭을 계획하여 이용자들에게 휴식과 커뮤니티 공간을 제공하도록 하였다.

Departing from the composite metal panels, synthetic wood, and perforated panels commonly used in conventional public buildings, the project proposes a new image for public architecture by adopting calm and natural brick as the primary exterior material. Along the façade facing the main road, repetitive vertical grooves were introduced to create a rhythmic architectural pattern.

Natural daylight was maximised in the swimming pool, gymnasium, bowling alley, and central atrium to create bright and comfortable interior environments. The rooftop and terraces were designed with structured landscaping and community garden plots, providing spaces for relaxation and social interaction.
